How To Get Live Coral Zoanthid Polyps To Open?

Hi,
I ordered some purple hornet zoanthids online, and when they arrived they were kinda in shock. I was told that an iodine dip might work. Anybody have any solutions?
I dripped them with the lights off in my room, and with my tank lights off.

How did you acclimate the new coral in the new tank? because the Zoo’s were in complete darkness for a long time during shipping. if the lights in your tank were on you might have shocked the coral. you have to open the container slowly, and slowly introduce the natural light (sun, lights in the room that might be on.) Tank lights should be off once sufficient time has elapsed so you can acclimate the coral properly.
