What is the best 40-gallon tank for turtles?

I have 2 Red Ear Slider turtle is about 3 years each. I need to get A new home for them. I think a tank of 40-50 liters, but do not know what to get. All recommendations and suggestions? This would be great. Also, which heats filter and UVB lamp should I get? So far, I'm thinking a 40 gallon tank, Visi-Therm Deluxe 150 Watt heater, good filter, and a reptisum 10.0 UVB lamp.
