What is a good filter for breeding guppies and for a 10-15 gallon tank.

The best filter to breed fish are little sponge filters. All they have is a little sponge and a tube in the center and is attached to a airline that you attach to a air pump. You could use a power filter made for that size aquarium but when the fish are young they may get sucked into the filter. Put a lot of plants in the gravel to help them hide from any other fish and the mom and dad, otherwise they will eat them. Penn Plax makes a little filter that has two suction cups on it that also is a good choice for a filter when breeding. It also attaches to an air line and hooked into a air pump.
