I have a 30 "power compact light for my tank that heats most of the fans is that I can buy for that?

It is jebo odyssey of one 30 "power compact light with 2 65 watt 50/50 bulbs and has a fan, but it's hot, is the love of others that I buy Why?

The move to a fluorescent light is the only reasonable solution. They do not get as hot. You do not want your tank temperature would climb and fell more than 4 degrees for 24 hours or can severely stressed fish. Temp is seen many times but it is extremely important to maintain constant temperature. Think about it, lake water temperature does not change very quickly, if fresh fish also harbor the same water temperature at a depth below. Fish that live in rivers can manage change better feel tropical and marine fish. In the tropics rarely ever below 80 degrees and the ocean water (as so much of it) does not change much at all temp. The fish are not well adapted to temperature fluctuations because of it. Just never had to adapt to rapid changes in temperature.
