Why does my sugar level go down when I eat anything with sugar?

When my sugar level gets below 82 I feel week and confused, but if I eat anything with sugar it goes down even more. I cannot seem to find a happy medium.

sugary foods are a quick fix to dropping glucose levels, but must be balanced with protein and fat for it to stay up.

Sugar turns to glucose fast, but also dissapates just as fast leaving most people lower than they were to begin with if they don’t balance the foods out.

You need to be eating a balanced food plan one third each protein, carbs and fats to prevent highs and lows. 82 isn’t really that low but if glucose levels is falling, it can make you dizzy and disoriented. Have a protein/fat snack at this time. It will balance you better than a sugar snack.
