What are my options to fix a broken radiator return fitting?

1996 Subaru Impreza 2.2L

The return nozzle right below the radiator cap into which the hose from the coolant reservoir plugs is broken. Is there anything I can do without replacing the entire radiator?

It is a plastic radiator, so the top part alone is not available for replacement. I did try putting some duct/hose tape around the nozzle, but it is so badly damaged that the hose keeps falling off.

Call a radiator shop, OR call a local auto paint store like a ppg or dupont place.
the radiator shop can plastic weld it back on. I do it all the time. I have a plastic welder, You can buy one from Northerntools.com for 49 bucks. I repair plastic and radiators all the time.

You other choice is the paint store. They have plastic repair kits that has a 2 part exposy that works well. you sand off the area to be patched and mix it up, spread it around, it can even be sanded if needed. Works quite well.
At the body shop we use that to put the broken brackets on the radiators.
