Toyota Dealer is charging $650 for Timing Belt, Water Pump and Drive Belt replacement. Is this a fair price?

This a 1999 4 cylinder Toyota Camry. Water pump replacement cost alone is 4 hours of labor which is around $450. Seems like price gouging to me. Whats your opinion?

Um that doesn’t seem to bad to you might get it down 450 or 500 if you went to an independent shop but for a dealer 650 is not that bad plus if you ever had to do this job you would understand why it costs so much there is no part of it that doesn’t sux. That’s why I work on airplanes now better money and no complaints about labor cost.
