I bought a set Smartware 19 pieces, no one knows how to cook meat, poultry and fish with Smartware? Thanks!?

http://www.buysmartware.com/pics/smartware_man.pdf http://www.buysmartware.com/instructions.html Personally, I would use the Smartware cooking things like bread, cakes, muffins, casseroles, etc. For meat, chicken and fish (unless it is a dish-pan type) I think the devices stay in conventional grill pans etc. meat should be cooked on the grill if you do it in the oven and fish is better than too much. Smartware is the best grill in the kitchen. Chicken cooked in a random way you normally about 350 degrees is simply to make as usual.
