how to find the necessary GPH submersible pump?

Hello I am a river and a waterfall for a party. I need a system where water cascades in the river on foot about 20. Basically, I need a bomb at the end of the aspiration of water 20 feet vertically and horizontally about 12 feet in the fall again.
