Can i use this bulb for my RES turtle for UVB from wal-mart? 10 Watt Mini Fluorescent Aquarium?

Have to look at the store. So i could use it for my RES?

If it is not marked that it produces uvb then no you should not be using it as a source of uvb. You can get uvb lights online starting at $20 dollars.
