What kind of fish or turtle should I get?

This weekend I am planning on getting either a turtle or a fish. I want a cute looking one.

They have to be tank/bowl sized.

Plus are they easy to take care of?

About how much would it cost?( I do not plan on getting any fish from walmart)

What do they typically require care wise?

For a small tank, the best is going to be guppies.

There is a site with pics. They are going to be the simplest to take care of. A turtle could be done, but they are going to require a lot more care then the guppies. However guppies will probably require a filter. However to get you completely set up and running with 5 guppies would probably not cost you more then 20 dollars 30 if your buying the tank. They are simple to take care of, and their long flowing tails make them perfect for beautifying.
