is a ESU Reptile 7% DESERT UV UVB Light Slimline good for your bearded dragon?

well i went on ebay and saw this light …its a red and yellow boz and it has a bearded dragon on it ..its a ESU Reptile 7% DESERT UV UVB Light Slimline……so im wonderingif its ok to get until i get a new bulb but is it also ok to keep the fixture so i can change the bulb if i have to so plz help and if u want the details comment and tell me kk thx
also is this good for him to it has an iguana in the frony ..its called a ESU Reptile UV UVB Light Fixture Slimline ..again can i use this until i get a new bulb ..like a repti glo 5.o uvb bulb or sumthin like tht ….ssame if uwant details comment and ask me
