Can I use Epoxy Putty to bond a towel rack on the tiles in my bathroom?

The stupid towel rack/bar keeps falling off. Think one of the screws don’t have a stud, anyhoo, I was thinking of going to the hardware store and picking up some epoxy putty and bonding it through that means. What do you think.

you can cook a can of beans over a candle but that doesent make it a good idea. it all depends on the integrity of the tile. if youre gonna do it, use JB weld or JB kwik. it takes 15-20 hours to fully cure, so u need to put a kicker of some sort under the towel bar. follow the other prep directions on the package as well
