What’s a good size (plant/coral only) micro reef?

I’m not a big saltwater fish fan. The only saltwater fish I really enjoy are clownfish, but I’m not ready for that responsibility yet.

I do enjoy the color of corals and saltwater plants though.
I was thinking of starting off with a micro coral reef and maybe adding a clownfish or two in a couple of years, if it’s successful.

10 gallon is the minimum you should have for clowns.

True and false clowns. True clowns rarely get to the 14 cm or 5 inch mark and the false rarely ge to the 11 cm or 4 inch mark. they are fine in a 10 gallon.

10 gallon or a nano reef 12 gallon are perfect for these types of situations and are becoming more and more popular. A few plants and a few mushroom corals and you will be all set.
