How can you start a Bio Bag Whisper Tetra filter?

I have problems with the filter that pluged into the water fills and water does not remain she sucks suggestions? Is it the metal of the turbine or something?

1. Try pouring water into the well the engine is below. This works for me Whisper 2 when I have difficulty starting the flow. 2. Try to ensure that the intake pipe is not blocked, and make sure is that no openings / holes in the side. 3. Make sure the intake pipe assembly is firmly in contact with, and not enclosed in the engine. Unless the little pe … … turbine? (lack of a better term) is .. spun by the engine, nothing happens. My Whisper 2 is quite old, so sometimes small turbine has solid contact with the engine before riding the thing.
