Will Aquarium Pharmaceuticals Amazon Extract Cichlid aid a 20 gallon convict cichlid breeding tank at all?
hi!
i am cycling a 20 gallon tank that will house a pair of convict cichlids. i use Aquarium Pharmaceuticals Amazon Extract Cichlid in my green terror breeding tank and i was wondering if it will help the central american convicts at all? should i add it?

It will probably help a little, but it is really not necessarily as they breed like rabbits. One thing that really helps is a upside-down clay flower pot with a hole cut in it; this is what most professional breeders do to give there fish a little privacy. Cheers Max
