What is the secret to maintaining healthy aquarium plants in a freshwater aquarium?
Do you need special meal or just can flourish next to the fish waste? In addition, I have to keep them in plastic frames / containers that some of those who come, or I take them and put them on earth?
Depends on the plant. Aquatic plants, like all plants have different requirements. Your first concern is that the level of the plant's light requirements. The Association Aquatic Gardeners is an excellent resource for living plants. Check your web site and this will help a lot. Without knowing what kind of plant (s) you want to keep and what kind lighting you have, I can not give much advice. For almost any aquarium, you can have Java Fern and Java Moss. Other plants are relatively easy to Water Sprite, Vals and Hygrophilia. Anubias are easy, slow-growing plants if they need an aquarium of place and can not handle rapid changes. Stability is the key for them.
