Anyone in hydroponics using an aquarium with fish feces for fertilizer?

I have a 300 gallon aquarium in my greenhouse with trout and perch in it, and shelves above the hydroponics. The shelves are irrigated by pumping water into the aquarium to the top shelf, which flows through the shelves back into the aquarium and the plants on the shelves of fish waste used as fertilizer and clean water. What plants will be good on the shelf to improve the filter water?
