How to remove algae from glass?

I have green algae on my glass before 10 gallons. How can I remove it without scratching the glass, and without purchase a scraper of algae? Besides, I think I have a kind of reddish-brown seaweed that grows in my rock and aquarium plants. I tried to rub the rock, but not going away. Perhaps it is not algae. Comments? Buy a cleaner magnetic. One side of the magnetic abrasive (but not enough to scratch glass), while the other is in your hand.
